1 Cup Pomegranate Juice
4 Oz. Pomegranate Liqueur
1/2 bunch of Mint Leaves, pulled from stems, (reserving 1/2 as garnish)
1 Cup Club Soda
Juice of 1 Lime
Lime Wedges and Pomegranate Seeds for Garnish
Preparation:
Muddle Pomegranate Seeds, Limes with ice in glass or shake in cocktail shaker
Add Rum, Pomegranate Liqueur, and Pomegranate Juice
Finish with Club Soda
Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds, Mint, and Lime Wedges
