The sun goes down, the stars come out, and the largest outdoor dance floor in Hampton Roads heats up at the 12th Annual AT&T Norfolk Latino Festival on Saturday, August 25, 2012, 5pm-10pm. The festival, coordinated by artisitic director Carlos Munoz and Norfolk Festevents, is FREE and everyone is welcome!
