Not much could be hotter than playing with fire. But then again, everything fire performer Deanna Marie does heats up the local scene.
"I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie," Deanna Marie explains her newfound love for fire performing, "so anything that gets my heart racing interests me."
This past summer, she got to race to Los Angeles to perform with famed fetish model and fire performer Masuimi Max for a video and photo shoot.
When she's not blazing a trail through the country with her performances, this Hampton Roads native is keeping the home fires burning with her many talents.
"I am a jack of all trades," Deanna Marie says. In addition to playing with fire, she is a model and designer for Adhesive Fashion, a latex clothing line. But her full-time job is photographer and owner of One Stop Pinup.
One Stop Pinup, born from her love for the retro pinup era, is a business that focuses on pinup photography and vintage fashion.
"I love recreating vintage inspired images, be it in front of, or behind the camera lens," she explains on her company's website.
Through One Stop Pinup, Deanna Marie offers women a trip back to the era of glamour. Her various photo packages—complete with the options of hair, makeup and wardrobe services—can make any client as hot as Marilyn, Betty Page or Bettie Grable.
All this success, however, Deanna Marie says would be possible without the folks in the 757.
"I’ve been all over the U.S., and I always find myself coming back to my homebase in Hampton Roads because the people are so nice here," she says. "My friends and family support all that I do 110 percent. And without them, I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish all that I have."
